David Rodeck

David Rodeck is a freelance writer who specializes in financial writing. He has been writing for over a decade and starting working with MagnifyMoney in 2018. He is also a regular contributor to Forbes Advisor and Kiplinger magazine. In addition, he writes for other companies in the financial services sector including ADP, American Express, Prudential and Western and Southern Life.

Before writing full-time, David was a life insurance salesman and financial representative for New York Life. During this time, he also passed the Series 6 and CFP exams. David is also a member and former Treasurer of the Financial Writers Society.

David earned a bachelor’s degree from McGill University with a major in economics and a minor in finance.
